Since 2002 I’ve been working on my own 3D game engine: “The Wizards Engine”. It’s written completely from scratch using C# and DirectX. I had immense fun working on this project and built numerous different prototypes. In the process of making this engine I learned most of what I know about programming, software design & development, computer graphics, parallel & distributed programming, GPU computing and lots more.

I’ve recently made the project open source on Github, where you are free to checkout the code and its long history since it was added to Git.
